My Family

I married my wife Rosanne in October of 1995. We have one daughter, Michaela who is in University in Virginia. I have two adult children, Luke and Alyssa, and two grandchildren who live in Ontario, Canada.

My wife and I met in St. Thomas, Ontario, Canada while serving as Pastors in our respective congregations. Once we married we joined our lives together and founded an outreach ministry in St. Thomas to regional mental health patients and other disenfranchised people. We spent seven years serving with ten other dedicated followers of Jesus in this ministry we called Kettle Creek Ministries. The ministry focused on feeding the hungry, clothing the needy, reading programs for children, work retraining programs for adults, prayer and worship services weekly, and an evangelistic dinner program held on Tuesday evenings. The ministry experience was life changing for us in so many ways as we learned to trust God to provide for our many needs.

Rosanne is also an ordained minister with a M.Div. She has served faithfully in both traditional and non traditional ministry contexts. We have spent the greater part of our married lives serving together using our complimentary gifts and abilities. We are best friends as well as business and ministry partners. We love to entertain. We love to read and collect books. We love to travel and experience new cultures and people. We are both passionate, gifted communicators with a deep love for the word of God and His Kingdom.
