Across more than 3,000 weddings, 4,000 life celebrations and the training and certification of more than 2,000 officiants and celebrants, he has learned to make room for people and their stories, listen with care and respond to what the moment requires. Known as The 3K Officiant within his profession, Wayne brings that experience to conversations about presence, ceremony, leadership, calling and faith.
